Hotel Cantore

We chose it as the ferry from Palermo came in very late so needed an overnight. The hotel was very close to the port and importantly it had secure parking for the motorbike. The staff are amazing and helpful, the rooms large, comfortable and very clean, good facilities and a great breakfast. The lovely receptionist made me coffee and apple and biscuits late at night. i would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast selection was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was kept clean at all times.

The staff were extremely helpful: both at our arrival and departure reception staff came out to show us in and out of the secure car park. The room was well equipped clean and very quiet.

The hotel is located in Sampierdarena, a few minutes walk from the Lanterna, Genova's icon. It's very well connected to the city centre thanks to several bus lines stopping right outside of the hotel. The street has intense motorvehicles traffic til late so the room was a bit noisy. The staff was always kind and professional, the room was very spacious and always tidy and clean and the breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of juices, bakery, dairy, hams etc.
